- 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut Into Bite Size Chunks (Around 10 Ounces)
- 1 Cup Fresh Green Beans Cut Into Short Lengths
- 2 Cups Cooked Spiral Pasta
- 1 Carrot Cut Into Thin Slices
- 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Cups Chopped Spinach Leaves
- ½ Cup Fat-Free Salad Dressing
- Grill the chicken breast chunks for about 15 or so minutes or until cooked through, then refrigerate to cool
- Steam or boil green beans until just tender, drain and rinse under cold water
- Put the chicken, pasta, and vegetables in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Pour the dressing over and mix thoroughly, then refrigerate until ready to eat
