- 3 Cups Shredded Or Bite Size Chunk Cooked Chicken Breast
- ¾ Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
- 3 Scallions Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 8 Large Lettuce Leaves
- Combine the sour cream, scallions, parsley, lemon pepper, and ground black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Toss well to blend.
- Add the chicken and toss to coat.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
