- 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 3 Cups Cauliflower Florets
- 4 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- ¾ Cup Chopped Scallions
- Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes
- Drain in a strainer and rinse with cool water
- Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, scallions, and garlic in a medium bowl
- Mix in the broccoli and cauliflower
- Chill before serving
