- 3 Cups Chopped Vegetables (Your Choice)
- ¼ Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Ounce Shredded Fat-Free Cheese
- 1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray oil
- Sauté the vegetables, onion, and garlic over a medium-high heat
- Cut the pita in half and fill each half with the mixture
- Add the cheese to each half
