- ¼ Cup Water Packed White Tuna
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Pickle
- 1 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 Slice Fat-Free Swiss Cheese
- Preheat the broiler
- Mix the tuna with the onion, pickle, and mayonnaise
- Spread the mixture onto the bread
- Top with the cheese
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese melts
