- 1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- 1 Ounce Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Chopped Steamed Broccoli
- ½ Cup Chopped Tomato
- ¼ Cup Diced Fresh Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Preheat the broiler
- heat the oil in a medium skillet
- Sauté the broccoli, tomato, basil, and garlic over a medium-high heat
- Cut the pita in half
- Spoon the mixture into each half and sprinkle with the cheese
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese melts
