- ½ Cup Fat-Free Refried Beans
- 1 Ounce Shredded Fat-Free Cheese
- ½ Cup Chopped Lettuce
- ½ Cup Salsa
- 1 Large Whole Wheat Tortilla
- Wrap the refried beans, lettuce, and cheese in the tortilla
- Heat the tortilla over a medium heat in a skillet until both sides are lightly browned
- Remove and either add in the salsa or top with the salsa
