- ½ Cup Peeled, Diced Apple
- 1/3 Cup Apple Juice
- 1/3 Cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt (Optional)
- 1 Ounce Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- Combine apple, apple juice, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt (if using) in a small pot and bring to boiling
- Stir in oatmeal and cook 1 minute
- Stir in protein powder until mixed
- Cover and let stand for two minutes before serving
