- 1 Cup Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Chopped Tomato
- ½ Cup Chopped Zucchini
- ½ Cup Sliced Mushrooms
- ½ Cup Chopped Basil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- Ground Black Pepper, Amount To Suit Your Taste
- Heat the oil in a large skillet
- Sauté the tomato, zucchini, mushroom basil, and garlic over a medium-high heat until tender
- Season with the pepper
- Add the mixture to the pasta
- Blend together well and serve
