- ½ Cup Light Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ Cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Powder
- ½ Cup Sliced Carrot
- ½ Cup Sliced Mushroom
- ½ Cup Snow Peas
- ½ Cup Diced Celery
- ¼ Cup Sliced Water Chestnuts
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the soy sauce and water over a high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, ginger, and carrots. Sauté for 4 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, snow peas, celery, and water chestnuts. Continue to stir fry until the vegetables are al dente.
- You can add more water or soy sauce to suit your taste.
- This dish makes 6 servings
