- 2 ounces sliced chicken breast
- ½ cup sliced onion
- ½ cup sliced red bell pepper
- ½ cup sliced green bell pepper
- ground black pepper, amount to suit your taste
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray oil
- Sauté the chicken, onion, and red and green bell peppers over a medium-high heat
- Season with the black pepper
- Spoon the mixture onto the tortillas and roll up to enclose the filling
