- 2 Cups Cooked Brown Or White Rice (Your Preference)
- ¾ Cup Vanilla Flavored Soy Milk
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup Dates, Pitted
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- In a bowl, whisk soymilk and egg until blended
- Add rice, dates, and cinnamon and mix thoroughly
- Put into a small baking dish that is coated with cooking spray
- Cover and bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes
