- 2 ounces grilled chicken breast
- 2 cups lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomato
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 1 ½ tablespoon fat-free dressing
- Oven grill the chicken breast, then chill
- Cut chicken into bite size chunks
- Toss together chicken, lettuce, tomato, and carrot in a large bowl
- Add the dressing and mix well
