- For Informational Purposes Only: I agree that Mr. Gym's Member Site cannot guarantee specific results, as Mr. Gym does not know my medical history, my fitness goals, my ability to follow instructions, nor my commitment level to getting in shape.
Legally, Mr. Gym's Member Site is for informational purposes only, and I understand that I cannot hold Mr. Gym liable for taking action upon any of the information contained within this site.
- Seek Doctor's Advice: I understand that it is in my best interest to speak with my doctor before engaging in any weight loss or fitness program, and that failure to do so is at my own risk.
- Password Protection: I agree that I will not share my username and password with any third party. My access to this site is strictly limited to my own personal use.
- Community Forum Rules:
I agree that I will not publish to Mr. Gym's Community Forums any material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.
Furthermore, I understand that any information posted to Mr. Gym's Community Forums about my personal or medical history is considered public information, and as such I assume all risk for disclosing this information publicly.
- Email Communication: From time to time, Mr. Gym may send me information or offers via email. I agree that under no circumstances am I to report these messages as SPAM.
I understand that I may easily unsubscribe from Mr. Gym's Newsletters at any time simply by clicking the unsubscribe link contained within the email.
- Chargeback Waiver: I agree that I will not issue a chargeback with my banking institution under any circumstances.
If I do so anyway, I understand that the chargeback will be disputed with my bank. I also may be blacklisted with the Chargeback Bureau, which could prevent me from making future purchases online.
- Failure to Comply: I agree that failure to comply with any of the above statements may result in account termination.
